INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY
INDTT is offering superb quality INFRARED Thermography Services. This is used for monitoring, sensing and recording the heat and temperature. It further assists in effectively troubleshooting any mechanical, structural systems. With the use of skilled experts, we provide accurate data related to the problems that remain undetected in standard visual inspection and other techniques.
LEAK TESTING
INDTT has also been carrying out Vacuum box leak tests using straight, corner or curved vacuum boxes to suit variety of part geometry and to withstand a pressure differential of up to 14.7 psi (absolute)
INDTT conducts varieties of leak tests such as Pneumatic test, Hydro test, Bubble test, Pressure Change Measurement Test (PCMT), Halogen diode test (Using portable instrument) & Helium Mass Spectrometer Test (Portable)
LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING
Has been primarily employed to detect surface discontinuities on metallic and non metallic industrial products.
We undertake variety of Liquid Penetrant test methods using Solvent Removable, Water Washable, Post emulsifier Penetrants with Aqueous, Non Aqueous or Powder developers.Both Visible and Fluorescent methods are available.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING
INDTT has full capability to conduct Magnetic particle testing on a variety of ferromagnetic materials using Visible / Fluorescent and both Dry / Wet Continuous or Residual methods.
We employ Electromagnetic Yokes ( AC / DC and HWDC ), Permanent Yokes, Prods, Cable wraps, Standard coils, and demagnetization techniques are also available for specialized applications.
VISUAL INSPECTION
We under take wide variety of Visual Inspections using Boroscope & Videoscopes for the examination of hard to reach areas. We also perform Welding Inspections, Structural Inspections, Dimensional Inspections and Painting Inspection through our well experienced inspectors qualified to AWS – CWI and / or ASNT VT level II.
EDDY CURRENT TESTING
Eddy current examination has been one of INDTT’s key services and covers a broad range of products and Inspection requirements.
We conduct eddy current tests to check Conductivity, Heat treatment condition, Sorting of materials, Crack and coating thickness at leading and trailing edge of turbine blades, Bolt holes and fastener inspections using hand held probes, Tubing inspection of both Ferromagnetic and non Ferromagnetic material for Heat Exchangers and Boiler Tubings.
RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING
We have complete set of capabilities to carry out most Radiographic inspections either using Ir 192 source and industrial constant potential X ray machines up to 300Kv.
We also have internal Crawlers for radiographic inspection of 6″ through 24″ diameter pipelines.
ULTRASONIC TESTING
We provide different kinds of Ultrasonic testing services utilizing modern flaw detectors and digital thickness gauging instruments manufactured by Krautkramer and Sonatest.
Some of the import inspections offered are:-
Baseline inspection on all Pressure Vessels, Corrosion Surveys of Pressure Vessels, Pipelines and Lamination inspection. Shear wave examination of welds, Service cracking, Corrosion testing and Bond inspection. Both compression wave and shear wave examination is carried out as necessary for welding, castings, forgings and
plates.
MECHANICAL AND METALLURGICAL SERVICES
We carry out mechanical testing of variety of industrial products such as bars, bolts, pipes, welders and procedure qualification coupons. The metallurgical division is fully equipped to undertake macro and micrograph and accelerated corrosion tests as per the relevant ASTM or other specified standards.
